Shipping Policy – Conservation Socks

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are:

• New Zealand: 2–5 business days

• Australia: 5–10 business days

• Canada & USA: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel online at any time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at conservationsocks@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
